Welcome to the New Graduate Nurse "Changing Times" blog. This is a project to bring awareness to the phenomena of New Graduate Nurse "reality shock". Every nurse is a valuable resource, lets retain them. Here information, resources and experiences are shared. The target populations are senior year nursing students and newly graduate Registered Nurses. The intention of sharing this information is to decrease anxiety through awareness.
