Knowledge is power. I was hired with 27 other new graduate RNs for a telemetry unit. Yet, I thought I was the only one struggling. I felt I was treading water just to stay afloat. My feedback from management was I was doing great. Really, I have nightmares, hope I wake up sick on work days and have lost 15lbs in a matter of weeks. Little did I know the other NG nurses felt the same but no one was sharing.
